Japanese technique created over 100 years ago by Master Mikao Usui.  He was a seaker of knowledge and spiritual understanding.  Master Usui developed reiki meaning rei, "universal," and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki helps promotes relaxation and healing.
